Migsun, earlier known as Mahaluxmi group, has announced an investment of Rs 500 crore in a housing project in Greater Noida. The company’s managing director, Yash Miglani, said the firm will develop 1,250 flats in 24,000 square meter land, near the upcoming Wipro metro station in Greater Noida.

Migsun Vilaasa Greater Noida has various facilities like club house, swimming pool, children’s play area, gymnasium, basketball and badminton court, etc., are available. Sophisticated living offered by the project gives supreme importance to safety and security of customers. Also, facilities pertaining to maintenance, security, 24 hour power back up and running water supply are available.
